NATURE POEM

The pristine landscape of the meadow abloom,

The sight of the majestic verdant tree,

The brisk forest air overpowers the fume;

Their all part of our nature you see.

The earthly ecosystem has let mankind survive by a hundred moons,

Nature is guardedly around us like caterpillars in cocoons,

It has given us enchanting critters and food as a blessing;

When we’re at this bucolic land we get this dazzling feeling.

However the beauty of nature has been forgotten,

The excessive use of non-renewable resources has proved fatalistic,

The meadows are turning desolate, arid and rotten;

It’s time mankind think about consequences and logistic.

But maybe there is a way,

A way for me or anyone to save the day,

I’ll time travel to the glorious green times where forests were still cherished;

And convince people to care and not let it perish.
